Deposits and Payments

The total cost of this program is $3,250. An early-bird rate of $2950 is available for fees paid in full by June 15, and/or for those who register with a friend. For those who wish to have their own room and their own tent, there is a single supplement of $200.

A $500, nonrefundable deposit is due with this application. $1200 is due July 1, and the remainder is due August 1, 2011. The deposit may be paid online or by check, but the remaining payments must be made by check or cash. Please let us know if you would like to arrange a different payment plan.

Cancellation Policy

We will be making nonrefundable deposits for the trip expenses, and we cannot refund payments except according to the following cancellation policy.

• For cancellations before July 1, all but the $500 deposit will be returned.
• For cancellations between July 1 and Aug 1, 70% of the full cost will be returned.
• For cancellations between Aug 1 and Sept 15, 50% of the full cost will be returned.
• For cancellations made after Sept. 15, 2011, no refunds can be made, even for emergencies or medical conditions.
