Deposits and Payments

The total cost of this program is $3,250. An early-bird rate of $2950 is available for fees paid in full by July 1, and/or for those who register with a friend. For those who wish to have their own room and their own tent, there is a single supplement of $200.

A $500, nonrefundable deposit is due with this application. $1200 is due July 1, and the remainder is due August 1, 2009. Please let us know if you would like to arrange a different payment plan.

Cancellation Policy

We will be making nonrefundable deposits for the trip expenses, and we cannot refund payments except according to the following cancellation policy.

• For cancellations before July 1, all but the $500 deposit will be returned.
• For cancellations between July 1 and Aug 1, 70% of the full cost will be returned.
• For cancellations between Aug 1 and Sept 1, 50% of the full cost will be returned.
• For cancellations made after Sept. 1, 2009, no refunds can be made, even for emergencies or medical conditions.
